If you are receiving Error Code 002-400-0001 after failing to complete an NX purchase (“Invalid Token”) , this means you have stayed idle on the site for too long before making the purchase. Please try the following:
- Log out and log back in again to your account.
- Temporarily disable any add-ons or extensions for your browser, or use a browser that has no add-ons or extensions installed.
- Clear your internet cookies / cache and try again.
- Log in using a mobile browser that is not connected using wifi.
